To become a member of the Nautical Research Guild (NRG) you can go to the bottom of any page and click on the NRG Home Page link in "Helpful Links" and go from there - on their home page is a button on the right-hand side to Join or Renew Membership. Sorry Bruce, NO to both questions. Scratchbuilts are nearly all one-offs so an Index would be fairly useless. Use the Search function in the Scratchbuild forum to find any specific ship you may be looking for. You may be able to find P.O.F. builds the same way if the builder has identified their model as such in the title. Excel was automatically applying the standard even though I didn't select the checkbox to do so.
