Hi Sjors,

She is coming along nicely! B)  It has been a while since last time I had a chance to look at your build... Keep the pics coming!!!

About the oars, why not put an engine instead?  :D  :D  (probably harder to model, I agree, but only one to make...)

Edited by Padeen

Hi Padeen,

Thank you  :D

I was wondering where you are lately.

I think you are enjoying the summer.

For the engine…..should be fun.

A ship from the year 1700 with an engine  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D

They have just inventing candles……..

What about the pictures….when the time is there, pictures are coming.

I have now posted 11 pictures in two days, is that not enough?

Howdy Sjors,

Just getting caught back up - (hard around here to keep up with everyone, so much wonderful activitiy)

LOVE the cannons (Want to make sure you are on my side with the armada launches, I don't think any of my ships could stand up to those cannons!!)

The life boat looks really good and fits in nicely!!

Your ship really is coming along!!  Lots of details and colors  - LOVE IT.

  • 3 weeks later...

Thank you Dave,

She is on hold for the moment because I need a few stuff for her that I have to buy.

The chains of the deadeyes are things that I don't like and I have to change that.

When I have found new chains, I think I going further with her.

Also I'm busy with the ratlines on the Le Mirage.

Ahh... I am eyeing that job on my Connie build. I have decided to scrap the plastic molded ones and try making them myself.  But I have some trepidation about it not having done them before. Well, I will dive in when the time comes.

Hi Andy and Caroline,

@ Andy,

I was in the hospital for 5 hours today….

They make a CT-scan and other funny pictures ( again )

They know now that I have no pulmonary embolism ( they where afraid of that )

It's just the bacteria .

So stronger antibiotics for 2 weeks….

No working for me at least the coming 3 weeks….(extended holiday? )

@ Caroline,

Thanks.

I like the little boat also  :D  :D

And thanks for the positive words
