good afternoon everyone

i now have the basic outline of the harbour, the centrepiece, will be a future build of a Tudor warship at or around 1/70 to 1/90 scale

just making up the last sea wall

the entrance on the right will take us all into the town,

the chest of drawers as so called needs a new position, so at present i am now working out what to do with the back high wall

good evening everyone

well another sea wall made up, this is about 550mm long and hopefully will be sufficient to park a Tudor warship, if and when i get the chance to built one

the basic layout is now taking shape and im happy with it, although i still have to think about ensuring the inside is secure from attack/nasty people

Wow! Excellent job on that tide line and the moss/algae even high up. The crusted buildup reminds me of the docks in the fishing communities back home in Louisiana. I think that will look great with the water lapping alongside. More and more amazing with each update!

good evening everyone

finally worked out how the diorama is going to work out for me, ever since the walled city became a walled harbour, the intention was to put a vessel in there, the vessel will bee the Caldercraft Mary Rose as it sits in around the 15th 16th Century time frame

i will be working on this project for another couple of weeks and then turn my attention to finishing of at least one project (the Dorade)

meanwhile i have altered the right hand corner again the accommodate the jetty, hopefully it will be tidied off tomorrow

the new area looks a bit messy at present due to using pieces that were on the old design, nothing is being wasted, in a worst case, the bricks are soaked in warm water to release the PVA glue are reused

new jetty, this need to be about 6" inches longer to accommodate the Mary rose the distance from the edge of the round tower to the jetty edge is 30'
