HI there,
I have been modelling for most of my life. In my 20s I built a couple of Billings boats but didn't finish. They were beyond me. I have done plastic models for around 50 yrs.
Now in my 60s, it is time to revisit the wooden boats that fascinate me.

I have bought HMS Pegasus and HMS Vanguard from Victory models and look forward to starting these. I have bought various things to assist me so once things settle down with my moving house, I hope to start soon with a build log here.

I will be posting in the ship plans forum as well a question I have.

Welcome to the MSW Forum John!  We all look forward to seeing new builds and learning new things from our fellow shipwrights.  Here is the US, we are particularly interested in the perspective of those on the other side of the equator, because everything works in reverse down under.  Right?!?  😉
