But looking at the photos I wish I had now as I left plenty of deck planking left on to support them. Yes I know you will not see it when the upper deck is fitted but it is good practice for later on. All I did was sand the back down to get rid of any surface film so it is nice and bright finish. Sanding also puts scratch marks on the surface so the liquid glass has something to key to. Denis.
