  1. Radman...you are back... That is a lot of tape. My project has been on indefinite hold as well. You will probably inspire me to move forward again.
  2. Arrghh...your landlord must be doing it just to get your ships... sorry to hear it mate.
  3. Thx Javlin. I am actually trying to clear a space to work on her again. Too many other projects are competing for my attention that are not modeling related. Dave
  4. Dang Rich. It must be in the air. I have been accident prone the last few weeks myself. Sorry buddy but you take the prize with this though. Good luck and God's speed in your recovery. Dave
  5. Wow Jesse. Your sailors might have missed those lines but they would not have hit me as missing if I had studied the plans all night. Well done sir. Dave
  6. Daniel (Dafi in this forum) on his Victory build does surgery and transplantation on his very real pose figures. Just click on the pic. Page 39 of his build log shows the full effect. It will wow you. Dave
  7. I am pretty sure Chuck waxes those lines as they are made. Nice build so far Ozark. Dave
  8. What a beautiful build. I have been to this museum and like you was fascinated with this boat. I took a few pics as well - yours look great. As I recall the lighting was quite suppressed in this part of the museum. The dead eyes in the museum caught my attention - the lanyard holes were not centered as I expected but were offset further into the dead eye. One of your pics shows that as well. Dave
  9. As always: incredible detail Daniel. It looks like it is ready for the BBQ crew. Dave
  10. Geoff I do not have my sea legs on the shrouds yet. Are they paired starboard to port or port to port and starboard to starboard?
