  1. Finally I'm back home... Thank you all of you for your best wishes... who had written them and who had just thought about... Keith, in addition, thank you for the nice comment about the build... I have tried time to time to stay connected to MSW through the phone during the vacation... It's not easy to follow entirely all Logs to which I have affinity... It was done superficially... Now I think that I should have time to catch up... And Sjors, now is the time to upload some photos from the vacation. But there should be, not updated Berlin's but somewhere some boats in the photos... And Nigel, have a great trip, you too...
  2. Salute Augie, Fantastic ship, very nice start... Sure this will be the most famous build log... Already 11th page... 89 pages remaining... Ahoy Andy...
  3. I leave for a week to go to take a vacation... Wish to see you soon, MSW...
  4. Thank you B.E., It's a privilege for me to be informed by definite know-how... Is it possible that they are same, who knows and who doesn't?!... Even though your nice comment through my affection to leave the channels with open slots, I decided now to enclose them... Otherwise it will be too strange, inaccurate... There are already enough unsuitabilities... One more plus, furthermore a major one will be not the last straw but straw bale that breaks the camel's back... Thank you again...
  5. Thank you Jason, For the thought and the knowledge... And the encouragement at the final... All three, they are precious... I noted them with a red thick tip pen...
  6. Thank you B.E., It's a pleasure to receive such a nice comment... From the very knowledgeable modeller, I would like to learn if it should be obligatory or accurate to close the channels. I could say that I don't want to close them because I like the open view of the chainplates with the rope encircled... Thank you already for your interest...
  7. Thank you Mark, this encouragement from a high degree craftsman means a lot for me...
  8. Michael, Your kindness as usual !!!... Thank you Matti, I liked your new publicity logo... It's your skill of painting and photography technics that is amazing... Also of builduing, of course... Thank you Nigel, One day, I could try to imitate to approach to the 25 % of your carving skill... I really want it...
  9. Thank you Sjors, Yes, you are right, the black ones are there to keep the deadeyes fixed temporary in their position...
  10. Many thanks John, for dropping in, nice comments for my build and my city. You are right I feel every day that the city is alive, vivid, like an organic living being...
  11. It's a pleasure to hear your full recovery Sjors, ... to see your ratlines accurately and neatly done...
  12. This is Andy who makes 100th page of every Commodore... I believe he awaits now the 99th of Popeye the Sailor...
  13. A lot of updates... The scratch is always preferable for me... And the stack and the pumps were made really very nicely...
  14. Like a original ship being under construction, the workers are waiting just outside of the range of the photos... "- If you finished taking photos Sir, we must go on working!..."
  15. Thank you Juergen, after seeing your build and skill, your words mean a lot...
