Bob, these sound like good ways to fill the gaps! I thought to make mixture of glue and the dust, but your way is better. I will try to use more dust and leave it on the surface and later sand it.

Thank you Scot, Oc. Today was sanding second layer of the planks, noticed there some gaps, might anyone knows how to make filler with wood dust and glue?
