    Randy, Sjors as I was going to start her when Sjors finished his ratlines (I didn't say on which ship though ) unfortunately however much I want to start on her especially now I have all the missing parts it will still be a long time Thanks Mick for me being well , that almost didn't happen , as I had a car accident this morning , a car slammed into from behind and pushed me against the car in front . I am alright no injuries just a bit shaken up. there is lots of damage on the car but it can be fixed. oh and yeah I ll get a ticket from the kind police because I didn't stop a safe distance from the car in front.

    so far so good David but I had to ditch wearing gloves as it was uncomfortably. but toothpicks and tweezers keep the glue away from my skin being more cautious slows me down a bit so didn't get as far as I thought one more large window and some wall planks are left plus covering any tiny gaps around the doors (so the light doesn't shine through) and sanding down the door and window edges before I can put in the lights

    thanks Piet and Sjors no worries Keith. the "th" sound is still a problem for me as well (doesn't exist in Dutch language either) can be embarrassing when you try to say third and it sounds like turd

    sounds crazy having to pay for adds that want to make you spend even more thanks Edwin thanks Wayne Popeye we have similar tastes although I think we love different types of music MIck addicted to TV and building I think there are worse addictions in life offcourse Robbyn. however much I like building if it was the only thing I could do al day I would get bored with it. another door done 2 more to go and 3 small windows and 3 large ones and some wall planking and I can put the last bit of wiring permanently in .

    thanks Mick and take care of yourself too Keith i totaly agree with you. Anyone if you havent done so do a bit of timing on how many minutes of adds compared to how many minutes of the show you want to watch (one show was about 7 mins of show and 5 mins of adds every time). solution : tape every show yuo want to watch so you can skip through the adds

    thanks Popeye and Kevin finished another door and more wall planks . I feel so much more relaxed after an hour of building then sitting with my leg up in a comfy chair watching dumb TV shows

    Le Mirage is a lot more complex then the kom Sjors added the door and some of the wall planking not much but at least a start

    hello Robbyn . yes sorry i haven t been on much but all is well and my leg has improved lots. Today i finaly am wearing normal shoes to work . and yes i had fun doign some of the jobs around the house that have been waiting for me ever since this started. Thanks David good to have you back Thanks edwin lifting my glass too had a nice cold beer yesterday to celebrate no more anitbiotics Thank you Darryl for the comment and the best wishes and you are just in time Thanks Mick . no havent doen any more jigsaw puzzles. i have one on order but its not going to be here for another 2 weeks that brings me to the good news. last night i have for the first time in weeks done a bit of sanding. not on the kom as i have to get my mind back in to what i was doing with her. I know sooon i l be hating the never ending sanding but it felt good to do something again i will be gearing up (mask,gloves, long pants,..) to minimize any contact with glues and paints and hopefuly i wil get no more allergic reactions so basicaly i am back !!!!!

    sorry for late reply but havent been posting too much thanks Randy but a bigger table would probably mena a bigger house too Mark and Daniel :D Kevin i too have some smaller ones hanging on the walls . not sure if this one one will end up there too or not

    yeah I had fun with it. 3000 is the most I can go though as you can see it takes up the whole table

    well I was going to post a progress picture but instead its one of the finished puzzle will look tomorrow for some another one to keep me occupied next two weeks

    yes no building yet for a week or two but the end of my problems are in sight so i am happy and looking in on your builds and others and seeing the progress has kept me sane

    looking really good Randy well i know what to do when i ever get to these : build a little jig wit shrouds and practice on it before trying it on the real ones

    i am mostly desk bound these days but make sure to stretch my legs now and then Keith i agree with you on MD's. If i had consulted the skin specialist earlier instead of relying on the expertise of my GP then most of the issues i had would not have happened. I am still convinced that the medication caused me to be super alergic to anything . thats why i am postponing going back to building untill my skin is back to normal. I am hoping then with more care i will not have any more reactions i hope all the best for you too Keith Mark when i start buildign again i wil make sure i ll have as little contact with the materials as possible. wearing gloves masks and long pants should go along way for that

    thanks Randy i am feeling positive and looking forward to get back to building thanks Popeye and yes i am overweight and losing weight has been a focus for a while but last few years i have had a fair bit of set backs and food has always been my feel good solution. But this issue has shown how difficult it can get so more motivation as i dont want to have this happen again thanks Robbyn i hope you are right. Walking always been something i have done with sometimes trips up to the mountains for 20 - 30Km day walks. now my fitness level is pretty bad. I purchased a wii board and fitnes program year or 2 ago which was helping me alot . planning on getting back on to it
