Thanks a lot Denis and Augie and for the likes.The dullcote is on the wales and lower hull,what does rubbing do Denis?Admiralty paints french blue.

All planked it was'nt to bad,but not done properly like the real thing.Stain on upper planking and yellow ochre for the rubbing strakes.

Thanks a lot men.I'll be using the admiralty french blue, looks ok.Thanks Alistair for the suggestions i might go with a slightly worn look for paint hull etc see how it looks later on.

A few coats of dullcote so far, maybe do one more and one coat of stain on the keel.Start above the wale now, good to get something done.

Thanks Augie and Alistair.Found some testors dullcote that'll be good.The matt varnish i have used before was rubbish.Would you recommend sanding sealer as well.thanks ron.

Hi Denis, thanks a lot.Not sure if i'll varnish the hull or use oil like on my Supply.Varnish would be better for any future glueing if needed i think.Ron.
