Surprised there aren’t more models of US Revolutionary warships, like the Bohnomme Richard, America, Even though that was given to France 😆. There were a bunch of 28 to 32 gun frigates of the CNS, like the Raleigh, Hancock, Virginia,

Or the US Navy’s first 6 Frigates, United States (1797), Constellation (1797), Constitution (1797), Congress (1799), Chesapeake (1799), and President (1800).  I know the Constitution and Constellation have models.

Also the US Navy built a few ships of the line, like the independence Class Independence, Columbus, Franklin, Washington, the Chippewa Class Pennsylvania, and the Delaware Class Delaware, Ohio, North Carolina

Be cool to have a few more US Ships represented.

...and Constellation have models.

There are no kits of the 1797 frigate Constellation available, never have been.

Some more, but possibly not all, missing model kits.

Alfred 1775 of the Continental Navy

Gunboat Philadelphia

Frigate Essex 1799

Brigg Syren 1803

and from the War of 1812 on the Lakes the Briggs Eagle and Niagara.

The Lumberyard has Alfred and Halifax.   There is a Mamoli Halifax.

Don’t forget Rattlesnake and Confederacy.

The other named ships were not contemporary with the revolution.

Regarding the OP,  I believe there are more kits of Continental ships than British that notably participated in the Revolution, unless some of the Vanguard kits fit that niche.

The American Revolution ended in 1783.

From the first post it is already clear that in addition to the Continental and States Navies and private privateers up to 1783, ships of the first US Navy are also of interest.
The Halifax, however, belonged to the Royal Navy.

My bad on Halifax.

I seemed to have got lost in what seemed to have been the thrust of the original 1st paragraph and the title of the topic.

If we go beyond the revolutionary period there are quite a few models available.

Another vessel from the revolutionary era that was probably colonial built was the armed brig, Badger. This may not fit you needs as it was Admiral Nelson's first command seeing service during the war in the West Indies.

Completed scratch build: The armed brig "Badger" 1777

Current scratch build: The 36 gun frigate "Unite" 1796

Completed kits: Mamoli "Alert", Caldercraft "Sherbourne"

I'll throw in here... There WERE kits of the colonial schooner Hannah. I guess if you count The Lumberyard "kits" there still is. Also, then, there's the privateer Oliver Cromwell and the Lexington.

If you want to creep into other ships that fought during the revolution, but not necessarily American, but "on our side" there are a few kits of French ships as well, such as l'Hermione, Le Cerf, and Le Coureur.

Harold Hahn’s books have his plans of ARW ships too.  Some of them are buildable right out of the books with some resizing.

Excellent point about Hahn's work.  There also his book, Ships of the American Revolution.

And here:https://www.modelshipbuilder.com/hahnplans.html.    I bought my Licorne plans from modelshipbuilder but they're not on the website but in the book and you need to ask modelshipbuilder for a price on any plans in the book but not on his site.
