    Thank you all for stopping by. I’m mostly moved in now and Hannah is in my new workshop. Hannah took minor damage during the move. She popped a jib stay. Repairing that will be my first order of business.

    I like card models. It is a very versatile medium, that bashes in well with other mediums. You should look at Doris’s and Ab Hoving’s card models. They are phenomenal.

    We are always our own worst critic. My first hull that I planked was terrible. That’s actually the most difficult part of a model for me. This is a great place to learn.

    Scalpel, possibly with styrene. Another option would be sculpey. Just work slow. The first couple will be the worst. After that you’ll get your confidence up. You are an excellent modeler and do awesome work. You will do great!
