Posterboard is .8mm.
I use a lot of that.
Shipyard’s Coureur is a nice kit.

I used drywall spackle and Delta Ceramcoat sealer.
The Folk Art brand clear primer works just as well.
I had a lot of fun building Prince de Neufchatel.
It is one of my all time favorite builds.

The demi-culverin carriages just need final touch ups.

The falcon carriages are about half done:
