Cannons on the lower gun deck are done. I have only make the blocks on the back not at the side. You don't see them so for me it's no use to make them. Also the clever cleats are on. Now I can place the boat beams and place and planked the upper gun deck. Sjors

Thanks all Also the ones who hit the like button. The whole afternoon I have try to get one block to one hook....... And it didn't work ! I'm not even get the rope ( 0,25 mm ) true the wholes of the block ! We have try to find a needle but not even that ! All the needles are to thick !!!!!! So I have make a discision for myself....my cannons on the lower gun deck are not fully rigged ! I only put the breech ropes on. For the persons who has done it my deepest respect. Maybe i give it another attempt on the upper gun deck. These are more visible then the lower deck. But for now.....this is it. The shop is closed till next weekend because of work...... Sjors

About the NRG
If you enjoy building ship models that are historically accurate as well as beautiful, then The Nautical Research Guild (NRG) is just right for you.
The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.
The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build. The Journal is available in both print and digital editions. Go to the NRG web site (www.thenrg.org) to download a complimentary digital copy of the Journal. The NRG also publishes plan sets, books and compilations of back issues of the Journal and the former Ships in Scale and Model Ship Builder magazines.
