  1. 5 ply Model plywood will work great for bulkheads. It is stable and you can cut it any shape you want. David B
  2. Before you can walk you must learn to crawl. I would advice a Model Ship ways kit beginner level or Midwest Models Pick something you would be interested jn. Tha way you will no get discouraged. You will receive support and advice from the forum. The only way is to jump right in. David B

  11. Nice job. However if you go out on a wooden deck. You will see that the truunel can barely be seen. David B
  12. Should have no problem. However always make up a few test samples and try out the way you want to do it. That way you will know what the end resul will be. DavidB
  13. When using filler it is better I think to prep the deck. That way the deck will not get stained. Once trunnelled you then smooth and scrape the deck and refinish it. David B
