    The cockpit looks good in the fuselage 😁. As to the gun bay, it looks good but do you think it would be worth the work to fit it, it's your build, whatever you decide is going to be excellent, judging from your previous aircraft Mike.

    Mmm a GT racer, some of best racing is tin tops, mainly because they tend to get closer than open wheelers. I'm in!!

    Thanks Glenn, I have been scouring the internet for pictures of windlass so I have some sort of idea of what to do. I'm also thinking of maybe mocking up a different companion hatch. It is nice to be able to have a break from planking Winnie, it seems never ending as she's so big.

    Have you tried twisting with a hair dryer after you've put the radial curve on it ? Just a thought.

    Good to see you back at the bench Jack, I tend to make sure anything I clamp wether for shaping or gluing gets left overnight. (Just to be sure one understands😉)

    A little bit more done, made hatch coamings and main hatch grating, the companion way and skylight are well on the way. I've also began to put the moulding along the bulwarks the photo below is a test as my new phone camera has a macro setting. Next time I'm going to have a crack at making either a windlass or a capstan, I'm leaning more towards a windlass. Thanks for the likes. Cheers 😄👍

    Hello playmates, whoops, sorry fellow modellers, I'm back on my Cutter and taking a break from planking Winnie. She sure is big! Anyway, I've been trying to sort out the aft companion way, but I've made two that when placed did not look right 🤔 so I started a third and this time it also includes a skylight for the Masters cabin. Sorry but I'm having the same problems as popeye (Denis) and my camera on my phone has stopped working, waiting for new phone, so photos coming soon. I will be working my way through the deck fittings for a while. So I'll see you all next time👍 Cheers Thanks for stopping by and the likes.

    Hello, I've used Asda or Tesco own brand gluestick for all my templates, dampening with a sponge removes paper and glue residue although I do leave templates on if not seen and just remove where I need to glue parts together.
