Thats some lovely detail there mate, and the White will be an excellent base for your weathering. OC. -
Evening all, I decided to scan over my build pics earlier and it struck me - some of my 5th KGL (Red Jackets) I dd not paint the White stipes on their bird nest shoulder epaulettes, trouble is they are placed in the farm / glued down (a few under the doorway) If I wanted to try to apply these incredibly small fine White lines - how couuld I do it - keep my hand staeady without a hand support and even see withought being able to get up close to them. any thoughts or ideas folks? OC.

So, after some touch ups and weathering to mr injured man, he will be put aside and I will tackle the mess (I mean pile of injured/dead) my admiral is real keane for me to start this - as she has no clue how I will be able to pull it off "I have my ways" lol. This is were they are going to be placed after I have doen some more groundworks - scenery at the back of the farm. OC.

About the NRG
If you enjoy building ship models that are historically accurate as well as beautiful, then The Nautical Research Guild (NRG) is just right for you.
The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.
The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build. The Journal is available in both print and digital editions. Go to the NRG web site (www.thenrg.org) to download a complimentary digital copy of the Journal. The NRG also publishes plan sets, books and compilations of back issues of the Journal and the former Ships in Scale and Model Ship Builder magazines.
