Rigging has begun. The arrangement and run of the lines is being taken from the rigging diagrams in AOTS Essex.
I've completed the burton pendants, shrouds and stay on the lower mizzen mast. I have served the lines with a hommade serving machine.

Happy christmas friends. I am sharing what I did on Essex since my last post. Not too much proceeding because the rope, blocks etc. production continues alongside the model.

Thanks so much for the likes my friends.

The main lower yard has now been mounted and I've begun the running rigging lines. The jeers, sling and truss pendant have been completed.

Hello friends. I watched a few videos on the internet on how to make rope coils for the belaying pins, but I couldn't get the image I wanted in the trials and I developed my own method.
