@ Augie,

When she is standing in front of the door, i'm calling Anja that she has to stay downstairs……

And she listen to me  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D

Now she is back again, high on the shelf !

Now I'm confused... who's on the shelf?   Anja or San Ildefonso?  Or something or someone else?

Looking very good, Sjors.   I guess we'll be seeing ratlines next and listening to more opera?

@ Adam,

We have space enough in our hobby room to place 4 of those big ones…..

No problem at all  :D  :D  :D

When they are finished, they are going in the hallway upstairs.

That is from floor to ceiling almost 3 meters high.

@ Popeye,

Thank you.

But the only way to take a full picture of her now, is to put her on the floor.

Then I have no other objects in the neighbourhood ….

And no worries, when she's on the floor and the door is closed, nobody enters ( I hope )

@ Mark,

You are getting old  :P  :P  :P  :P  :P

Almost retiring???? :D  :D

SI is on the shelf, Anja is at work !

And I'm on the computer  ;)

Ratlines are not that far away but when?

First all the bitts and pieces on the masts and then the bowsprit.

I let you know when I get started with that, so we can see what kind of music we are using  ;)

Just wondering in what type of house he lives.

My next build has to be a 1:200 scale, as my storage is virually nil.....

@ Wayne,

Thank you very much SIR

@ Patrick,

Thank you also !

First I have to place all the blocks on the masts and then I go to the bowsprit.

I hope next week that I have that also done.

But I also have to work full shifts again.

So I have to do it on my free days and there are not much of them  :(

@ Adrieke,

We are inviting people over….

When ever you are in the neighbourhood, you are more then welcome !

You should be not the first one.

Mobbsie and his Admiral are coming for a few days in November….so please after that when you want to come  :D  :D

@ Augie,

Still one room available  :D  :D  :D  :D

That's a idea , to build the Victory on scale 1:24….

But I think I have to remove Anja to the bathroom….I need then all the space !

@ Ben,

Thank you  :D

Yes, in the future ( couple of weeks ) again ratlines  :D  :D  :D

I don't mind that at all.

Almost like it !

@ Pygothian,

Do the same what i did.

I give my wife ( Anja ) a kit of her own and now she's also a builder…. :D

So we share the room now ( I have a little bit more space )

And now we are using one of the room as shipyard, we can leave everything as it is and walk away without first cleaning the room.

When you are building in the living room, you have to clear things up every time when you stopped with the build.

And what about the sawdust and smell of glue and paint ?

Tell your wife that that is the reason that you need a room of your own  :D  :D

@ Dave,

Give one of the kids a cabin in the garden and tell her/him that she/he has to live of her/his own  :D  :D  :D

Then you have a room of your own !

Now Anja is in the bathroom ?????  I understand how it goes.  I moved the bedroom set into the garage so we can have more room for crafts.

Tell Mobbsie to bring his Aggy along so we can see some side-by-side photos  :D  :D

Hello Sjors, :)

Looks like you are building a whole fleet of ships. Finally I just found some time to browse through your build log. Time is not on my side, as my new job is taking most of my life time including Saturdays.

Fantastic model my friend, neat construction and well cared finish. Well done.

Cheers

Yesterday evening I was talking with Mobbsie and he tells me that I have to take a look at Cornwall Model boats

Aspecially by OcCre.

And I can not believe what I see........The San Ildefonso for sale .......

I thought I have something special but not anymore.

I think OcCre see the light somewhere.

So if anyone wants to build her, now you can do it.

Ah, I understand.

Mine is from 1956, no high ceilings, nor any spacious spare bedrooms.....

Even watering and fertilizers didn't help to grow it any bigger :)
