I have made two elements of the carving. Unfortunately I don't have a CNC. This is the result. For now everything is not yet fixed. . Assembly is yet to come.

Outstanding, I like the look of the hand carved decorations, even better than CNC .

Lovely result with your hand carving Kortes. More satisfying for you than having a computer driven machine making them for you then just glueing the bits on   I wish I had your skill,I am struggling a bit attempting to do the carvings on my Speedwell build.

Wonderful result Alexander, and in my personal opinion, better than what is achieved through CNC.  I don't knock anyone for using CNC, but to my eye it doesn't stand up to the hand-crafted artistry that you've shown here.  I can't carve for darn, but I admire those how can.

The tiller was made in two options , I decided to go with the one made of pear.

Concomitant damage. I was too quick to install it, while I was working on the wheel ,deck organizer was damaged.

I have built shelves for storing cannonballs. I will use balls from bearings as cannonballs, I bought two sizes for carronades and for cannons. After blackening they look quite good.

The bollards were quite challenging to make. I tried several options until I found the right installation method.

I have coated the deck and deck elements with oil.

As expected,  the wood has changed color, the complete drying out , will be in two weeks,  I guess

Excellent work, Alexander!  I especially like the deck - the tung oil gives the wood a nice rich tone.
