  1. Your build is coming along nicely. 👍 USAF F-4s had a gray cockpit with black instrument bezels and control panels. The cockpits were pretty beat up, with flight crews and maintenance folks walking on many panels. For night flyers, we taped over a lot of the dings, because of the stray white light points interfering with our night vision. Night lighting was red.
  2. Dan, some do; others could say the real deal.😄👍
  3. FineMolds makes some nice kits. Looking forward to following these builds.
  4. May get lucky enough to see a launch by SpaceX or one of the other commercial launch providers. I saw one last January from Cocoa Beach.
  5. Mike, that canister looking ordnance may be a smoke float/marker dropped to show where the sub was
  6. Nicely done, Harry. He turned out very well. 👍
  7. If you can, take a tour of the Cape. There is a lot going on there.
  8. Another great build, Greg.Well done. 👍
  9. Always wanted to build one, so I'll tag along for this ride.
  10. If so , it looks like a vacu-form with a large flange to cut off.
  11. Great plan. Hope the wildlife stays away. We have to grow inside a stockade to keep the deer and rabbits away.
  12. All I could say is amen to Steinbeck's quote. Looking forward to the outcome of this build. It should be a beauty.
  13. Beautiful bike, Craig. 👍 And I'm in that camp on building.
  14. Interesting variant of this jet. The Radar Intercept Officer (RIO) really worked in a pit and flew backwards. That has to affect the RIO's visualization of an engagement. I'll tag along on this build.😄
  15. I have an acquaintance who makes resin kits in a range of model railroad scales and he swears by the vacuum step. I have one of his kits and can vouch for his faith in that approach. I'd have more, if he did more work in HO scale.
  16. Your luggage and other "leather" work looks great. 👍
