Really nice painting, I see it like morello color through photo and I liked its spell... The galleries on Wasa are characteristic, by seing only them it could be judged easily that the ship is Wasa... Nice and clean start...

Hi Nigel, The quality of your work is from museum... There are many details for each one, there is another detailed work. Details are taking shape by smallish details... And colors appeal the look for a long while... Very clean and smooth build... I reposted photos of your work. I would like to learn how you could pass the vertival timbers (No 1's) through the No 2 timber. Impeccable!...

Hi Robbyn, with each passing day your SF becames more worthy... BTW, I would like to learn why shrouds aren't straight because of the gravity, how they stay bended? And a humble suggestion: I am not a distributor nor a dealer but why don't you think to use G-S hypo-cement? I think CA is a derivative of cyanide... http://modelshipworld.com/index.php?/topic/1799-frigate-berlin-by-ferit-kutlu-corel-scale-140-year-1674/page-7

Hi Sjors, May I ask a second question? My apologizes... On the front of the forecastle deck, there are 6 knightheads, I'm not sure but the second from the right hand seems having no neck. Is there any reason for that?

Could I reserve a seat aside the table? A good, well lit place overlooking all handicrafts especially decorations...

Hi Sjors, Building same things over and over again (many cannons are there) seems a little update at first look but means a big progress in reality... You had managed very nice a lot of details... Will be two cannons placed in front of the forecastle deck?

Eventually, infact the life is not the equilibrium itself but the effort to be balanced... Anyway, it's the war, not the victory nor the defeat... What makes the life meaningful are our struggles...

The essential is that not to be like: The first half of the life of a man is passing with the dreams of what he want to realize in future and the second half with the regrets of what he didn't... ( That describes my life )

About the NRG
If you enjoy building ship models that are historically accurate as well as beautiful, then The Nautical Research Guild (NRG) is just right for you.
The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.
The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build. The Journal is available in both print and digital editions. Go to the NRG web site (www.thenrg.org) to download a complimentary digital copy of the Journal. The NRG also publishes plan sets, books and compilations of back issues of the Journal and the former Ships in Scale and Model Ship Builder magazines.
