After just one month (staying home obliged ma Covid19) i finished at last. The quicker project

On monday hope to continue with Sovereign

I worked, but just now i have some new pictures. Painting parts, create gun carriage, blakening, some "rigging"

I have time,and have to stay in how i use, so this is what i have done

And also how i made some "jigs" 

I continue the work 2 days, staying inside:

Made the gratings, and planking the lower deck.

Hope tomorrow to finish the upper deck

Firs day work

I started this new project, in a period  very hard for the whole world (the coronavirus pandemia) We are obliged to stay in home (as much as we can) and i am lucky i ahd some old kits bought years ago. I am very sad that i am not with my 3 grandchildren, and play with them. So the only "good" is that i have time for my hobby.

The new project hope to finish soon (and also the virus will end in this period)

This is the "unpack section" 

The Victory is ready, but have not posibillity to build a display case (we have to stay home, because of Covid19), so i installed Victory, in San John Display case, just to prevent dust)

after this i started a new project Mantua(Panart) 740, Section Between Decks and Gun Bays.

I will start a new log for this project

Let's say that today the cross section is READY. I have to make just a display case, but for the moment there is no shop open for buying parts.

In this period, we have to stay more at home, because even in Romania there are big problems. If we want to help the situation is better to stay in home. So for the last days ai wnt just 3-4 times to take food, else in hom. So i continue the rigging of HMS-Victory, and hope in 1-2 days to finish, and go to other project

Working to yards, and shrouds

Added some new parts

After a very long period, i will present some of the work, made in this period, when i had to stay and work (dollhouse, garage... and so on, for my 3 grand children)

Also work with the new CNC and 3d printer

This is the start of the mast and yards.

And after tests i made a "linette" for my Unimat lathe.

I also included picture from the software, and the work time on 3d printer, and the results

About the dimentions of what i made.

You can think that the nozzle diameter is 0.4 mm and this is let's say how small is the line.

I can meke smaller thinks, but the gun i wanted to be so big, to have one to work with my granddaughter, to make a combat station  

like Mantua-740 ( as we want to make together in futrure) and this made from 2d printer will be a test.

I made some other parts, to test, for the other two grandchildren. Ex

 the yellow ring is 2.8 cm high. The toys are 3cm the head, and the Barbie head is 2.5 cm high. So there are a lot of good accuracy if you make the model ok in the software.

IAs i said, this as just some tests, and for larger parts...

For Mr Pucko, the printer is Anet A6, and for Y.T. the lenght of the gun (black part) is 12 cm

the first "gun" and carriage, made from different PLA color.

The model is made from "scratch" using some model 3d software

The most important test is to add some "heraldic signs" on the gun

The ready gun, with "heraldic sign" will be soon ready to show.

First of all, many thanks for your interest on my work.

Second, the "starting kit" here is a n easy one, around 220 USD , i can answer just on personal message, not to be considered an "advertiser" for the supplier.

I saw that every one can start to build from "scratch", buing just some special parts.

About the programs, there are a lot to use, and build STL or OBJ models. Ex FreeCad... 3dMax... and so on..., depand on the level of experience.

Also the are a lot of free prograrams and objects to download.
