  1. It has a Image stabilizer on the lens with Two settings - One is a basic version for static objects and the other one is called Sport Mode, thats designed for moving subjects, both give about 4 stops of stabilizing, but I use high enough shutter speeds with things like that - normaly over 1/1000sec generaly higher, no need for a monopod or tripod also its all about mustle memory like firing a rifle. OC.
  2. Really striking colours there Bob - you are doing a fabulous job - really enjoying what you are doing. OC.
  3. Back to my other hobby - what I am able to get out of my rig - flying over on airways from Amsterdam to the US at roughly 35K. OC.
  4. I can relate and understand where this is going - many many hours of enjoyment for us, and especially for me. OC.
  5. Adding a Third note of approval - looking Superb Mike, when you get your eyesight back can't wait to see what you build next. OC.
  6. Thank you so much Mike, it was a very interesting build, and great adding a bit of artistic license. OC.
  7. Hi all, just another update - I will be ordering my made to measure display case and base this week, will take about a month to have made and delivered to me, this maker of cases is based over here and makes some amazing units - check him out - https://acorndisplays.co.uk/ OC.
  8. I loved the Log Flumes so much fun could manage them no problem. OC.
  9. Not for me mate guess they are a bit like Marmite you either love or hate. OC.
  10. So, these KGL are nearly finished but next I want to try to make some up in a few better firing positions - problem is the sprues only come in Two positions, so a possible fix is to pinch some of the Victrix and Perry arms from the Line Infantry and sand down thier buttoned cuffs and just paint on the Black half diamond cuffs after. Why the companies have not made more plastic/resin 95th Rifles/KGL lights I will never know - they are available in Diecast but I dont like the detail in them - much preffer working with plastic. OC.
  11. Same with my farther on the different RAF airfields with crash landings or beat up planes - some he would talk about (like the one he received a medal for) but many he wouldn't speak about or not very much soon changing the subject. OC.
  12. At the time back in the early 80s it was Britains fastest rollercoaster with the most twists, my old mate forst me to go there and on it.😬 When I got off it I was like ..................🥴🤯😱😰 OC.
  13. And they better keep the inside of the glass display case clean..........😁 OC.
  14. This was the first and last roller coaster I went on its called the corkscrew - 😨 OC.
  15. Well they bettery pull there fingeres out when I build the farm - there will be no sloppyness then - better keep the place tidy - fill in any holes in wall from canon balls I will demand the send down some polyfilla and white wash - I will call a cease fire for half an hour to tidy up the place - that will of course include any grass mowing than needs doing oh........and all them weeds they need pulling. OC.
  16. Hi all "Im back" thought it was about time I tried out the new light, so I shaded the faces and hands and a few other details, then I painted thier pom poms, still more to do but glad to be back on the build. OC.
