  1. Some great kits out there including 1/48 scale B-1B Lancer Revell kit, B-52H not sure think its a vac form kit, seriously large kits. OC.
  2. Imagine building the whole C5 at 1/35 scale - that would have a Wopping 6.3 feet wing span - "Hugeeeee" OC.
  3. Right then, the 500s have thier paint coat - just a little weathering and armoured code rings to paint on. OC.
  4. Anyone know the auto restore series on the Tv where the same team take in cars and restore them back to the owner - there was a really nice Mustang they did up in one of the programs. OC.

  6. Thank you Mark, my excuse (an i'm sticking to it) a young laky ERK removed the ariel for a prank but then tried to replace it by mixing up rather too mutch metal glue/filler and it went lumpy, he just hoped no one would notice.😜 OC.

A bit more weathering on mossie, the aerial broke away (I hit it with my brush)🙄 so I glued it back down by making a puddle of ca, aerial not looking too good - but it is what it is, so I'm calling the airframe finished - just waiting to fit the bombs when thay are done. Got a few pics for you ........ OC.

  13. More words - no pictures (I know - boring) so after letting the 500 pounders dry - the one way up, I worked out a stratergy - sit them nose down (painted ends) in blue tak on a block of wood then just spray the tails. Just had enough pain to do the job. OC.

  15. I agree with Lou, I tried building a Destroyer in 1/700 scale but lacked high mag viewing and good light - so I really struggled also used hand painting in too think layers - you are doing a Fab job. OC.
  16. Have you got setting solutions like Micro Set and Sol? they do help massivly. OC.
  17. Those decals look in good order despite thier age - no fading and good colour from what I can see. OC.
  18. Plan is - when dry hold them from the other end (protected with some tape) then spray the un-painted ends. OC.
