    Robert, Hope this will give you a tiny starting block. The ultimate resource about the Red Star Line: Finland As for Finland I didn't find any drawings of the hull, but since she is a Red Star Line ship, there might sisterships that has the correct measurements.

    Well Kenny, I also have the MS USS Confederacy in my stash...... all wrapped up. I will look into the Raleigh, but don't have space nor the economy. Bella and Axel look to be very loyal to you. What could our workshops look like without our companions? My best Happy ending of this year to you.

    Samsung has done a major UI update lately on later versions of Samsung phones. Mine updated last evening. 21s Ultra.

    Bryan, I also have the Gretel (I am born Swedish) so Swedish ships are always interesting for me. I will follow your build with interest. Mine is also a Mamoli but with another box. It's all wrapped up in plastic, awaiting to be built along many others...🙂

    That is so true, long time ago I ordered items from Model Expo and Cornwall Model Boats in England on the same day. Guess which package showed up first? It is the shipping agent that is the issue.

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.

The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build.
