I've had poutine.  It's interesting food.  Sticks to the ribs, filling, and leaves you with a "I could eat a lot more of that" feeling.  Keith, you'd probably like it.

Here's a couple of links:  (warning.. the wikipedia link has a pictue.

The link with the picture is for Sjors since he likes pictures... :)  :)  :) :)

That picture really did it for me.  I'm going to throw away my one lumberjack shirt and then go undo and retie my boom vangs.  If anybody eats that stuff, give me a call from the emergency room and I'll send you a get well card.

Here is a little update.

The gratings are finished and have to go on the deck.

When that is done and I dry fit all the deck furniture I shall make other pictures and then the San Ildefonso is going into dry dock for a while.

I go then back to the Le Mirage.

Hi Popeye,

For you also the answer to your question,

Here it is...

All is dry fitted because I need to make the samson post and I still have no lathe.

This will be the last update for a while for the San Ildefonso.

She goes into dry dock and back to the Le Mirage.

Sjors, I'm happy to see you making progress and posting pictures. The gratings look very nice and the overall pictures helps to give us a sense of her size. I'll be checking in on Le Mirage for a bit it seems.
