So plan number Two - to fit him on the edge of the drivers compartment communicating with another figure who will be standing near the open engine bay. OC. So here we have a well used engine..... Old Collingwood Posted March 9, 2022 Author Share #53 Posted March 9, 2022 Evening all, I managed a few more hours on this today - I decided it was time to offer the lower and upper hulls together and glue in place, there seems to be a slight moulding error as the lower is slightly thinner than the upper, so I worked from the front hull first getting glacier plate lined up and glued, then I worked my way towards the rear and the engine bay, again a few slight errors of lining up so it was trial and error till I reached a good half way stage. On the one side above were the skirts will be a top hatch side piece was showing a recess so this needed to be filled with putty and sanded. All in all not too bad - but the lining up miss match under neath is a surprise.
