  1. Man...looking at the quality of the Sphinx kit...want to throw my Pegasus in the bin and buy the Sphinx 😄 (not sufficient funds and waste of product if i did ) Great progress so far! Enjoying your build
  2. Exciting! Indeed curious how many hours it will take for James...we all know he works with some magic lightning speed
  3. Great build so far! Nice to see another Pegasus build log...it will be interesting to follow!
  4. I have the same feeling about them as you...i also do like the more traditional look without the decorations. And regarding the black or blue color... that's something to think about indeed. Thanks for your input!
  5. Looks great man! you've come a long way. You did not use the golden side decorations? I'm doubting myself to to use them. I'm not sure if i like the look of them.
  6. That is a beautiful result! And what a nice presentation of the ship, i really like it
  7. I understand what you mean...it does look too monotonous, but a great time-saver for those who don't like to plank the deck. But i would too plank it over with some nice planks.
  8. Welkom Kloppie!
  9. Wonderful build James, And great design by Chris! Simply lovely!
  10. Looks great!! My intention was also to use the "top and butt" planks for the wales, but with the curves in the bow it looked a bit daunting...but good to see you managed it well...gives me also a bit of confidence to tackle it
  11. Looks good indeed! If you need more curve in the middle, you can always use some planks between the clamp and the strips. But maybe that isn't necessary...it is a bit hard to tell on the photos.
  12. Looks good! Bulkhead 12 could be a bit more faired, it needs a lot fairing to get a smooth transition to bulkhead 13. But you can sand the planks also afterwards, so no problem.
