    Nice. Your's a bit (dark) greenish, compared to the one you said you want to go for. Barnacles turned out real good. Pitty you can't mix the material with paint.

    if you mix, very sloppy/streak like, the mister surfacer with some darker paint, you could get some depth in it, if you get my drift

    Bit late, but my two pennies on the putty: Works quite nice, quite a smooth finish, dries fairly quickly in the tube's nozzle though. Had it blocked a couple of times, all the way down to the tube's opening

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.

The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955.
