Edwardkenway and clearway 2 Quote Current builds 28mm Battle of Waterloo attack on La Haye Saint Diorama. 1/700 HMS Hood Flyhawk with PE, Resin and Wood Decking. Completed works. Dragon 1/700 HMS Edinburgh type 42 batch 3 Destroyer plastic. HMS Warspite Academy 1/350 plastic kit and wem parts. HMS Trafalgar Airfix 1/350 submarine plastic. Black Pearl 1/72 Revell with pirate crew. Revell 1/48 Mosquito B IV Eduard 1/48 Spitfire IX ICM 1/48 Seafire Mk.III Special Conversion 1/48 Kinetic Sea Harrier FRS1

This set of Sails I actually bought separately, albeit they are expensive, about the same price as the kit itself. I only bought them because they were printed with the Elizabethan designs. Unless I can get printed Sails for other kits I have, I will make my own sails in future. rkwz 1 Quote

I am not sure how this MSW system works as I haven't had a notification as to your question as I have been on here several times since your question. If I remember right I used a mix between 3cm and 5mm blocks mostly 3mm, these I purchase from "Cornwall Model Boats" a company here in the UK which I thoroughly recommend as they have an extensive range of kits, fittings and accessories for kit building. James Hi James I painted the wood of the Hull on my Golden Hind I used Revell's Matt 85 Brown which actually comes out a lovely Golden brown colour. Got it as a gift a few years ago. During the time I have worked on my two larger ships the Heller HMS Victory and Le Soleil Royal I often think about taking a short break and tinkering with the Golden Hinde on another work bench. It is a beautiful ship and you have done an excellent job with the Airfix kit, especially your sails. I will definitely refer to your build when I build mine. Robert Taylor 1 Quote
