You will get a good idea of what is involved with scratch building, kit building, or kit bashing. There are fantastic tutorials and articles on most every aspect of a build in the articles data base here. Due diligence is the key before spending your hard earned money. With 40,000 members there is what probably amounts to close to a million years of experience here at MSW to be shared with you if your own research is not getting you some of the answers you are seeking before jumping into a specific project.
