Paul   Being relatively new to MSW I haven't had the time to follow a lot of build logs, but today I was able to sit down and completely go through yours of the Salamandre.  What a nice build you have going, and to such a huge scale!  Thanks for sharing with us.  I'm looking forward to seeing more.

I really enjoy catching up on our build.  I can almost imagine being on board the real vessel from looking at the last picture.

I bought a new chainsaw company Proxxon.Replaced shield Proxxon to shield Makita 85mm x1mm x15 mm.I had to turn off the reduction. Proxxon disc is 1.6 mm thick.
