  1. Should see the size of the box its Huge and the parts count loads and loads. OC.
  2. Here's the plan over the next day or so - I will attach a few more of the fittings and PE on the top of the hull, then the exciting bit - I have had my other kit arrive including a few bits - modern British tank crew, the plan is I will pinch the internal bits for the turret and drivers cab, and start the process of trying to make them convert from a M1A2 into a Chally 2 interior. Here is the kit -
  3. I can relate to that - from Synth/Bass/Sax and now with VST's. OC.
  4. Evening all, more progress on the frontal armour - I added the two drive lights (fiddly little things) one of them forsted over from getting a bit of glue on it, I removed the glue after it had set with a sharp blade, it doesn't matter too much as I will paint them alum and when I add some dust dry brushing after painting - they will blend in and wont be seen that well. The bottom section of armour was cut off next I decided to glue the Two togther as they lign up better that way, then a tiny bit more bling was added, then it was on with the top section - this has a few fittings including Two PE pieces that needed bending Three times then a couple of lights where fixed in place with a small amount of CA. I then dry fitted the Two togther - a great fit of parts is shown straight out the box. OC.
  5. Amazing find you would need either one of those camera drones or a camera on a long stick to get close up pics of that. OC.
  6. Just loooked on a battle plan and it shows the battle area as 3 miles across and 2 miles deep converting that into 28mm I think is something like - 565 Feet x 377 Feet For a Dio of the whole battlefield. that is Massive. OC.
  7. I was thinking about the scale of the battle (I thought my little dio is going to be big enough at 36 X 20Inches) imagine if I could have built the whole battle field in 28mm ............I would need about 100feet square I would think. OC.
  8. Indeed Edward, between the Two obstructions I think it decided the battle on the allies side - not foregetting the Brilliant squares aswel. OC.
  9. Indeed brother, made worst by Ney acting on his own instructions when he led that charge on the squares thinking the allied forces were retreating and re grouping/moving the injured, those squares were amazing that day. OC.
  10. Thank you kindly Brother, trying to keep my mind occupied - guess its the normal thing to do. OC.
  11. Any way keeping my mind occupied........the figure I won the seller his going to take it off the base as it will make it easier for me when I come to fix it down onto my dio, I will be doing quite a lot of re painting and face work, to get it the way I want it. The history behind Marshal Ney at Waterloo - he was about Third in command and commanded the Left hand colums, they were responsible not only for attacking Wellingtons center but also Hougoumont Chateau and La Heye Sainte, he gave orders first for an advanced party to attack and take L.H.S but they were driven back, after he was responsible for a couple of attacks on the British/German flanks, also he led the charge with the French cavelry units against the combined British quares, then he was given orders direct off "Boney" to lead an attack on L.H.S and only then did he drive the KGL out due to them running out of ammo. I intend to place Ney close to the Farm along with the attacking French units. OC.
  12. Thanks Ken, Im already on a Vit plan - have been over the last year, If I took anymore I would rattle. OC.
