  2. To me it looks like that some of the frames aren't in the correct location. It has happened me that the plans vs. the bulkheads aren't labeled correctly. I would double check that first. Good luck.
  3. Terve Antti, I would recommend you build Constellation as per AL plans and instructions. Trying to go aside the provided information could/would just give you headaches. On a side note, I built the Harvey from AL, but frustration led to a Viking funeral. I wasn't too happy with the plans and instructions. I saved remaining material for other projects. Good luck with your build, I am looking forward seeing your build log. Onnea mallin rakentamiseen. Siitä huolimatta on tyydyttävää työskennellä käsilläsi.
  4. Very nice printing Mike, I also have one of the Corvettes under printing.... mine is not 1/700 scale. Mine is larger and will be R/C
  5. Highlander, warm welcome to MSW. The Bounty launch is a good start project. And since you are a "Highlander" meaning you are "immortal" you have time to build all the kits you would like to.
  6. M Arnold, A warm You certainly have an extensive library.
  7. A warm welcome from Pacific Northwest!
  8. Greg, that milk must be very sour by now....😆
  9. Tervetuloa Olli, Välkommen Welcome!
  10. How small do we really need them? I am really surprised by the outcome of resin printing. I know resin printing can do really nice detailing. But this is amazing.
  11. Hi Chris,

I am very much looking into getting the Sherbourne.

The manual is already downloaded which I am reading to get me familiar with the model.

But as you write in the introduction, she was a 6 x 3pound with 8 half pound swivel guns.

In the instructions it doesn't mention where the proper locations would be.

Do you have bulwarks patterns for the 6-gun setup?

    Thank you in advance.

      Hello Nirvana,

Regarding swivel guns, they would be placed where needed at any particular time. Regarding the 3-Pounders, same applies, but I would place them in the last three gun ports.

      Chris,

      Thank you for your information.

I tried to find some history regarding her. But no such luck.

      Best regards

  12. Current price is 125 dollars.... Otherwise here is an option when it comes to model punch tools.
  13. John, I just finished reading your build log and you have done really good recovery of the build. I understand the feeling of having a model or two just waiting to be continued, looking good and I like your work set up with the windows. Here is one suggestion regarding the stand and the brass rod. I did use brass rod and brass tube for my longboat. The rod was inserted in drilled holes in the boat and the tube on the stand. Take a look at my finished boat in the gallery below. All the best to you.
  14. Bonjor Michel, Welcome to Model Ship World and we are all looking forward to your scratch build of HMS Naiad.
  15. Tjenare Stuka och välkommen till Model Ship World. Hi Stuka and welcome to Model Ship World. I would suggest Sherbourne from Vanguard for two reason, good customer service but also you can download the manual prior buying the kit. This way you will have some pre-knowledge of what you are getting into. The kits of Mr. Watton are at very high quality. Polaris is at a good starting level as well. And does have instructional videos on their website. If I were in your shoes I would go for Sherbourne. However that is my opinion. Good luck with your choice because they are both good. Hälsningar
