Nice work on the hull planking, Robert.  What was it you used on the deck?

That's a very impressive build you have on your hands. I like the details you show. Could you show the size of them? (take a picture with a euro cent, or a ruler) C'est vraiment super!

Hello Robert,

You've done a really fine job on the model. I'm very impressed with how well your lapstraked planking looks.

Are you using the Ancre monograph (Boudriot and Berti)?

I ordered my first Ancre plans set on the Cutter Le Cerf, which also has lapstraked planking. But, I was thinking about also ordering the Le Coureur also. I'm not sure why, but I really like the look of the lugger rig. Or, maybe it's just the look of this particular vessel. However, Le Coureur is only available in French and my French is not so good. But, hopefully, I'll just watch your build log and maybe I will be able to figure out the plans.

Robert - that is some very impressive work on the cannon and carriages.  Their rigging looks nicely scaled as well.  I hope to be able to produce this level of detail someday - in the meanwhile, I appreciate what you share here.  The ropewalk setup looks intriguing as well.  Do you have any full length shots of it in use?
