Sorry to hear you're not feeling well Sjors - I hope you get well soon.

The ships are patient and so are we, and if you're sick, then at least you-know-who won't be bugging you for pictures! :)

Get well soon, Sjors.   And no, we won't ask to see a picture of you being sick.. ;)

Hmm... so right now, those who need to do ratlines can have either rigging spiders, or gnomes do them.  Right? Who does the best work..the spiders or the gnomes?

so let me get this into perspective.........you keep them in a fenced in community.......can't be your back yard {I've seen it}, because you don't have any sub housing near by.   they have a bigger one called jim,  teaching them to smoke a pipe......some may have taken the bait, because they're bumping into the fence......disoriented elves can be dangerous......watch out.  were they brought into your country without being checked for any illnesses?   bearded mites?........mushroom spores? {they love to hang around fungus}.   you need to be careful.

take care of that cold.....if that's what you have......did a doctor tell you that?   could be confused with spotted mushroom fever...no known cure,  you know........there's no telling where these buggers have been.  when they come over,  set up a triage so they can be properly disinfected.

is your name not Bruce?

no...it's Michael......

that's going to cause a bit of confusion,......mind if we call you Bruce to keep it clear :)

Thanks you all for your concerns…...

I contacted the Doctor and I have no Gnome fever……..

I have probably a strained muscle in the chest  :( and a little cold.

2 paracetamols and easy going…..

So, I can later this day back to the ratlines.

Maybe that will helps.

@ Popeye,

You have a colourful way of writing  :D

The place of the Gnomes are not in our backyard but that from the neighbours who are on holiday now…...

And they have take two of those Gnomes with them  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D

@ Robbyn

Welcome back to the family !

I hope you had a wonderful time and a very good wedding.

And how does it feel to be married ?

And your husband allow you to sit behind the computer to check with your friends ?

When do you give us the link that we can see pictures of that?

The ratlines are going steady but there are a lot more of those…..

Glad to hear its not Gnome Flu Sjors.

Sjors -

Pleased to know that you are not suffering any of the gnome-related ailments.  The strained muscle, while painful, is certainly less worrisome!  I feared that you may transfer the Gnomeitis to wabbits, resulting in rapid proliferation across the globe.  WHEW!!!

Please practice care - remember, it is always better to climb an additional ratline to tie the next one than to try and stretch beyond your limits.  You may need to rely more on the gnomes for the upper lines to avoid additional strain!

Thanks for the welcome home Sjors. Pics are linked on my SF build.

Glad to hear it is only a minor ailment and it wont keep you down for long.

Your neighbors took two gnomes with them???????post-127-0-13166300-1376314913.png

Sorry, I find that just a bit disturbing...to me gnomes are a bit like clowns...a little too creepy for my tastes lol.

Nice ratlines... pity the rats don't know how to tie those since they're named after them.  :D
