Much better Sjors, and now you have the confidence in yourself to know you can fix any issues that come up!

Let's not go overboard here or his head will no longer fit through the door on the bus :D  :D :D

Ah heck, I think he had the confidence all along... but it's always nice to have support and people behind pushing.... but I agree, ... lets not go overboard here... and I wannna see pictures :)

Robbyn,

Confidence is good but still you have to do it…..

I like that so much that I have taken away the quarter gallery again because it was not straight…..

It's now a lot of repairs to do  :(

But not today.

The temperature is rising till 30 degrees Celcius…...

To hot to sit inside and I have to work tonight…….

Let's not go overboard here or his head will no longer fit through the door on the bus :D  :D :D

Augie,

I have ordered a bus with really big doors!

And we call that…don't walk beside your shoes…..

And Robbyn and Daniel like that????????

Looking great Sjors! I think maybe you do hear the "dark side" calling your name. :D

Sherry,

Thank you,

There are more things that is calling my name but I'm not listening all the times to that  :D

When those 2 little vessels are finished, I have still the Aggy to do.

So it takes a few years before I'm in to that.

Ah heck, I think he had the confidence all along... but it's always nice to have support and people behind pushing.... but I agree, ... lets not go overboard here... and I wannna see pictures :)

Randy,

I think it's just the support of the other builders that let you do things that you normally don't do.

And I don't walk with my head in the clouds.

There is someone around me that let it not be happening…….

Sjors Your model is coming along well!

I noticed that you avatar is a Routmaster Bus, When I was growing up in London I used to collect Bus numbers ( a strange hobby only engaged in by British schoolboys I know) and I remember seeing the very first Routmaster bus out of the Park Royal plant where they were built.

I lived not far from Park Royal

One of my Brothers drove London Buses for 25 years, he quit when they stopped using Conductors.

Incidentally I saw and cataloged every trolleybus on the London Transport system that were in service in 1963, I would ride my bicycle all over London finding the last few buses. A strange world we live in!

Morning Michael,

Thanks  :D

It also in the Netherlands that there are people who take pictures of bus numbers.

When I'm at a station, I always see someone with a camera who take pictures from a bus.

I've been many times on a picture with an bus.

Maybe because I'm that handsome????????? :D

I have a colleague who travel all over Europe to sit and make pictures of busses.

We have even a own bus site.

It is in Dutch but they have a lot of pictures.

Take a look at it and maybe you like it.

Hi Sjors,

Wow! I've been away for a while and I'm very surprised at the amount of progress you've made :)

I see that you've already taken in your own share of the "dark side", marvelous work on the new transom, my friend, it looks great B)

I admire your courage in rebuilding this new part, you sure have a lot of "balls" or should I say, uhm, I mean cannon balls ( hehehe sorry, I can't help injecting that "balls" joke on the past few chapters was just too hilarious so I can't help bringing it up again :D)

Best regards,

Aldo

Hi Aldo,

Nice to see you dropping in.

Sometimes you have to go to the dark side…...

We will see where it ends.

Maybe in the future a whole ship? who knows.

Why do you have to start all over again about the "balls"…... :D

You wake everyone up now, so I'm curious to see what they are saying….

No cannon balls but moth balls, Nerve balls, ice balls, sphere balls…..what's next?  :)

I think I better prepare for work to see if there are any Balls are coming into my bus.

Ok guys,

No balls and no pictures yet.

Still struggling with the quarter gallery's…...

It's all metal and I have to glue it sometime 3 times before it stays where I want it.

When there is really something to see I post pictures.

So be patient please…...

*Sigh* Popeye.... *groan*

I figured things where going down hill... and you just gave it another nudge... :P

Sjors... waiting patiently... whenever you get your glue to stick.... (if it's still not working, you may want to wash off the cast metal in mild dish detergent and water, and let it dry thoroughly before trying to glue.....either way it will help when the time comes to paint)
