I did the marking and cutting of the brass plates manually. There is nothing complicated in this process. The main thing here is the correct determination of the coordinates of the location of the holes for the propeller shafts according to the drawing.

Valeriy,

 

You are a brave (but very experienced) man to twist the blades after they have been soldered to the hub! But I have seen your posts in other builds so I have no doubt they will turn out excellent!

In this photo the screws are installed randomly and therefore there is an error. When the model is finally assembled all the screws will be installed correctly. ;)

Phil, when soldering is done with silver solder, there is no need to worry about the structure being destroyed. This soldering can withstand the heaviest loads. :)
