How did you catch up so fast?  I'm going blind putting my log back in.  I had the photos but lost all my jokes.  Does that mean I can use them again????? :D

Good morning my friends,

After a good night sleep ( where I have in my dreams uploaded pictures) the first thing that Anja and me are doing, is started up the pc and I-pad to see if it was not a dream that MSW was back…...

And yesssss, It was NOT a dream  :D

I shall replay to all when I 'm back from the shower.

This is the wisest thing ever - to keep your buildlog saved somewhere.

Everyone should do this type of back-up. Sometimes it proves to be beneficial :(

Keep the good work and try to insert also the tips for specific build stages.

Morning Miorticul,

Thanks.

I'm glad that I have a back up on an other forum.

I can only put my build things back, not the comment.

I think in a few days, everything is normal again.

Even with the jokes from Augie…..

Here we go…...

@ Patrick,

I'm just started to upload the build log of the Mirage.

Thanks  :)

We will continue where we ended.

Nice to see you back!

I'll just wait and see till your Mõntanes is back.

It's a great example for me to see what I have to do with my vessel.

@ Augie,

I only have to copy/past my text from an other forum.

Just adjust a few things and upload the photo's.

No worries about the jokes…..we make new ones  :D

@ Grant,

I keep an close eye to you when you have your photo's back .

@ Mark,

Today the pc is mine!

Monday I have the late shift so on the daytime the pc is also mine  :P

@ Ben,

I'm happy that I can get everything back again.

It is a lot of work, but I don't mind.

It is a great forum, so I'm happy that I can do my share to make it again a great site!

@ Derek,

It's good to be back.

I also keep an close eye to you.

Thanks all for the replays.

After a few hour's of re-loaded all the pictures ,here are a few new ones.

I have painted the frames around the gun ports and make the sheer strake ( If that's the right word for it)

After that because I was still painting, I placed the wales and paint between them black.

Then varnish on the wales and blue at the stern.

Sjors... your paint job looks fantastic! I think you are much like me in the respect that waiting until spring is unbearable. I'm happy to see this further progress, That last picture really helps us appreciate the enormous size of that kit. Now you are going to have to build another room to keep it and your other ships in.

Thanks,

Patrick

Thanks Patrick,

If I need more space I can remove Anja from her workspace  :D

When I look outside the spring is still far away!

I can do a few things more and then I have to wait for the time that Anja gives me a lathe…..I have to cutter a few things and I don't have such device.

Wait a minute......... it's cheating to actually get something done on your build during all this chaos.  NO FAIR.

Also, I didn't mind when Anja was using my Dremel table but it now appears you have stolen THAT!

Augie,

You have really sharp eyes!

I thought you never see it.

I confess…….

I have do something when the world stood still…….

And what about the Dremel table…….I ask Anja if I can used it and she sat that it was all right….

Blame her for that not me!

They where also at battle but at the end, they become friends.

So are we!

And Anja is mine Rowena ( without a sword )

Monday morning and the PC is mine  :D

A little update.

I placed the top rail and give the yellow and blue an other layer of paint.

After that a layer of varnish for protection and the colours are brighter

I make the pictures with an HD video camera so you see everything!

And I mean really everything……..

That is looking good Sjors! Question though... with all the big talk about starting another war, hadn't you better arm your ship just in case?

Thanks,

I think Sjors new, exalted ranking has gone to his head.  He actually believes he can take on all comers even though his ship has no teeth :D  :D

Thanks Aldo, Augie and Patrick,

@ Aldo,

That camera is a ticket from a lottery.

I have him now for 3 years and every time I found something new.

There is also a macro on it.

When I use that, you see really everything.

Even the things what is messed up…..

And on TV it looks if you are there your self.

Really great toy.

@ Patrick,

I want to keep it as a surprise

When the time is there, you see her fully armed  :D
