    Do you have list with items you tick off? I wouldn't know what to do next by now ... I was under the same impression as Bob, couldn't find fault with anything anymore ... she looks lovely and ready for her maiden voyage ...

    I build the Smit Rotterdam a very long time ago. The inside I sealed with epoxy resin, which sealed of the prop shafts, and fixed the rudders nicely too. The hull I glued with water resistant white wood glue. Since it gets painted, and lacquered, you won't need epoxy for that, at least ... if you do your paint work well ... Cheers

    Aydin, A rubber band might work too, if you need some more pressure that is, and to compensate for height differences you could add a piece of wood

    Piet, What on earth have you got yourself into ... Need a new record for Guiness? Daniel has a good point for the alternative wood. that 0.5 mm is a bit hard to deal with for the scale, and what you want. I presume you don't want to work with plastic, else popeye made a good suggestion ... I would use veneer, which is ~0.1 - ~0.2 mm thick, or plastic to realise it ... Keep it up my stubborn friend

    Stunning, Patrick. When you see them details without reference they seem much bigger, as I can't imagine they can be build that small with so much details ... you did some marvelous work ... again, and again stunning detail Cheers

    Where did you get that 30 ton grey-ish rock from ... because I'm taking that pic with a grain of rice ... that's a manipulated image, it can't be real ... you've been photoshoppin' all day to get it right, haven't you !?!?!? ... I'm ... you've even exceeded Igor(Sky) in smallness, any PE to be added for details? It really looks promising. Slipways are coming along nicely, How high will the water come? You keep us in suspense my friend, or should I say suspended between postings !

    Here we go again, can't stop him playing with those huge matchsticks So you found where I found out about it, Patrick ....... Igor, Some major beautiful work. I love the detail on the cabin's e.a., and as usual, you astonish me with those enormous pieces like the binnacle, and winch. It must be hard on your eyes from time to time. Now I see you about with the steering wheel, I remember I've got the PE for that too. Need to add it a wheel to the Sea Witch. Thanks for reminding me Cheers

    Piet, Very nice work. It doesn't surprise me you had to cut three of them fish bowls. Always something which goes wrong, but good recovery. I like the retaining wall for the "quay". starts to look like a slipway too. Looking forward to your next post!!!

    You didn't give 'em any space now, did you. You thought: "What they got in the 17th century they can get now too (28" suffices)" Looking very good, I'm tempted to jump into one of those hammocks ....

    Aydin, Why didn't you glue 14C and 14D to the removable part ... or at least the part from them which is above the removable part. You'll be lacking support if I'm not mistaken ...

    Yep, so much dust it covered the sides of the promenade deck completely, no need to paint Nils, can't you attach a vacuum cleaner to the disk sander? Better for your lungs too ...

    Trimming those planks makes a lot of difference. She is starting to look like a boot. I'm curious as to how the finish of those drive shafts will look where they enter the hull. That are some rather big holes to fill ... Cheers
