    The planking looks marvelous, looking forward to see the sanded version ... I see you've been toasting wood again ... that long boat looks like a real challenge ... you could have tried Johann's (Archjolo) method if you wanted more meat ...

    Very poor, Patrick ... the excuse ... You should have said it fell of, because you do not have enough body to glue such a heavy item on, and your pondering about making an 'axle' to fit it properly ... It remains an awesome job Cheers mate

    The same goes here in Holland with the dikes alongside rivers agains fall and spring floods ... they think they can build in the floodplaines ... one wonders why such a name has been choosen ... Controling a river's boundaries is hardly possible to stop I imagine, it's a bit like holding back the tide ...
