  4. Hi Patrick, Thanks for your word..... I have indeed sometimes thought of doing a model on order for a client, but was hesitating due to registrating that as business and possible obligations along with that, and my capacity would be limited to appr. one or two models per year on private basis. I have also had an inquirey for The "Pamir" already. I have in the moment (first time for one of my models) advertised my "Gorch Fock" model for sale on the German website "Ebay Kleinanzeigen", and there seems to be quite a large interest out there... Nils
  5. Many thanks to Patrick and David, and to all the "likes" for interest and looking in.... Patrick, thanks for your good wishes, I hope to be "at the top of the hill soon", all going at slow mode in the moment... David, Thanks for your word, glad you find them looking functional. You remember those two little winches.... (for unidentified functional purpose) on the boats deck. I`ve now found a solution to do those as well...., so now in total 8 winches built Nils Housing made from brass rectangular tube 8 x 4 mm two cylinders soldered to the housing reciprocating transmissions and gears chemical blackening of winch frames and cylinders. Piston front-ends still to be cut off final assemly for painting
  6. Hi Lawrence, thanks for looking in and for your kind good wishes. Yes, I had that MRT neck spine examination last friday and am holding the report, which requires understandable interpretation for myself. I was told it`s not as bad as I thought it would be, but the pain is still there. Hope to get further along with the docs in the coming week. The fingers of course are itching to get back to further modeling some progress again. Have a nice week.... Nils

  12. Good morning Janet, thank you very much for your nice compliment, I`m glad you like the completed HMS Pegasus. It sits in it`s glass case on a wardrobe in my hobby office, oposite to my work desc You`re right with the walking straight into it with the build. It was my first 18th century build, and inspirated by all those lovely builds here at MSW, my obligation was to get it complete from A-Z, before starting a new project (either the British Naval Cutter "Alert" of 1777 or the First German Lloyd four stacker "Kaiser Wilhelm der Grosse" Nils
  13. Hi Igor, i presume you would be intending to start your "Oliver Cromwell" model as a brand new project again under the topic Build Logs for SCRATCH SHIP MODEL PROJECTSin that case you would have to follow the guide lines for the project introduction, giving the main head data. See basic topic http://modelshipworld.com/index.php/forum/47-questionsinstructions-on-how-to-use-and-post-to-this-forumsite-problems-or-suggestions/ it also be giving an instruction how to download (your log "head figure for Oliver Cromwell") a complete Log and paste it into the new created project under the introduction name heading you would be choosing Nils
