Update time !

Sorry for the poor quality pictures but she 's to big to make good pictures......

I can not move her easy so I have to do it this way.....

The sails on the fore mast are also in place.

The next update will be as the sails are on the bowsprit and totally rigged.......( the bowsprit of course, not the whole ship )

Then I hope I have finished also the cradle and maybe when the weather is good I can take her outside.....( when there is no snow  ;) )

She looking real nice in her new dress mate, all that's left now is the bonnet on the Bow and a bit of rigging.

Well done and keep it up.

Ah, more laundry hanging out.  Very impressive Sjors.

Better eat some bear grease to build muscles before you attempt to move her outside  ;)

Thanks for the comment my friends !!!!!

I try to lift her and now I have pain in the back  :P  :P

I have to ask Anja to help me when I want to put her outside......

Or I just leave her upstairs and take a canvas photo behind her......

For the snow thing......

I know that someone has see all ready snow when he was fishing.......

@ Wayne and Lawrence,

Snow is that stuff when you have a pillow fight and the pillow goes open :P  :P

And no, we have no snow at the moment ,that's why I was saying when she is finished !!!!!!

It should be at the end of this year or early next year ( or the end of next year )

I know that I've read somewhere about the Stage Coach ?????

It's a oldy that I got as a present from Piperjoe  :D  :D  :D

Maybe there is a site that called Model Ship Coach ??????

The bowsprit sails are on !

Also the rigging.

I thought it was easy by the drawings but no, not that easy......

Some ropes are going somewhere and they don't tell you where to go.

So I take the book of Peterson next to it.

But then....I have a Spanish ship and not English.

Can i just imagine that she is captured by the English and re-rigged ?

Is this sound strange ?

What do you think......

Hello Mate,

Sails are looking good my friend, well done.

I wouldn't have thought there was much difference between Spanish and English rigging, but if you already have Spanish on her then you should continue with that rig.

It would take a very discerning eye to pick up what I would assume to be subtle differences so go with what you are happy with.

Be Good

Looking good Sjors. Should your sprit sails hang a little more vertically?

Thank you all !

@ Mobbsie,

I will continue the way I'll be going....Spanish !

I have to see if I can found a can of shangri-la  :D  :D  :D

@ Grant and Augie,

I know what you are meaning but I have take a look at the pictures and photo and I have done it the way they show me.

A little more up and not vertical....

Maybe at the time they show me this the ship was sailing slowly ?????

They don't need those sails at that time ???

@ Bob,

Thanks you !

Coming from a great builder like you means a lot to me !!!!!

I still do what I can but I think the next time a ship with no sails please !

Wait a minute, the next one has no sails  :D  :D  :D  :D

I have take another look at the bowsprit sail and when I'm getting them lower, you don't see the figure head anymore.

I know it is an ugly lion but it is still a lion ( ugly but ok )

So I keep it this way and thank you again Grant and Augie for such comment.

Now I know that my post will get a good look with a magnifier  :P  :P

Looks good Sjors..... can you furl the bow sprit sail  ?  then you would see your lion's head, just a thought.

Thanks Frank,

I was thinking of furling the sail but then I have only one furled sail.

I will keep it this way otherwise I have a lot to change and I just want to finish her and not continue  :P  :P

Yesterday I find a few lost hours.....

So I used them to put some more sails on her.

The Flying jib, jib and fore mast jib sail are also attach.

With all the ropes....

It just looks like spaghetti now  :D  :D

And of course a few pictures !!!!!!!
