I also make the stern Fascia with the windows and paint it. Behind the windows there is glazing , even if you not see it. Behind the Fascia there is also planking. There are niches around the window frames so it just have to fit inside. I don't think that you can go wrong with it...... Then it is nice to have a few ( 100 ) extra eyes to look at it The only thing is now that I have to take a close look with the camera and you will see all the imperfections of the paint...... I have not that steady hand that I want to play with the brush. So I keep it this way........ It's gonna be on the back with a balcony and a few other things in front so hopefully you don't see it clearly anymore...... @ Theo, Those columns are included in the kit. I have see that there are still 30 of those columns left and 32 windows to do.
