  1. Lionfish your ship looks great. I will be following your build. Greg H.
  2. Congratulations Wayne on your new house and job. Looking forward to watching your build log. Greg H.
  3. John your ship looks great. My question on the rigging is, how are you keeping from bumping lines you have installed while putting in more lines? I'm a long ways from that stage, but I have fumble hands and I know I will be knocking something loose when I do start. Thanks Greg H.
  4. To me there is no comparison between R/C modeling and scale wooden ship modeling. The plans do need to be as accurate as possible to get an accurate depiction of what the original ship would have looked like.
  5. Mark I sure thank you for looking this info up for me. It really helps a lot. Greg
  6. Does anyone know if there has ever been a model kit of the Steamboat Sultana. It is touted as being the largest maritime disaster in US history when it exploded killing around 1800. This is more than the Titanic
  7. Dimitris your ship is spectacular. It's hard to believe the hull is made of wood. It's smooth as glass. WOW! Greg
  8. Jerry your ship is magnificent! That showcase is really nice! WOW! Greg
  9. Ray I just discovered your build log. My goodness, your ship is absolutely amazing. I'm so glad I found MSW. GREAT JOB! Greg
  10. I just discovered your build log today. Your ship is looking great. Sorry to hear about your mom. I lost both my parents to cancer. It's not easy to deal with. I wish you and your family all the best. Alright now whose got the popcorn? Greg
  11. I hope your having as much fun building this kit bash as I have had watching you do it. Your doing a great job and thanks for taking us along with you. Greg
  12. Tom I have a question about when you applied your decking strips. Did you pre-sand the wood strips before you installed them. Thanks Greg
  13. GG your doing a great job. I really like the ship interior. Keep up the great work. Greg
  14. JS I'm truly amazed with your ship. You started out as a first time wood ship builder and have advanced into a seasoned Shipwright. Well done. Greg
