  1. So, Bob, what's a dremel to you then ... a chisel ...
  2. I haven't found one I truly understand yet, must be me being just another bl**dy foreigner
  3. These hearts look promising, Robin. A wee bit of colour will just finish them (off ...) Switching from wood to plastic ...?
  4. You always come out on top, Nenad. So do not complain about a slight colour difference Tarpaulins will not have the same colour, since they get dirty, and will be replaced over time, but the chance they get changed simultaneously is small
  5. Ahhh, Greg but I have the OLD TOOL :D so you had torture, and I get a mere whipping , although, looking at the kit, I might have preferred the torture ...
  6. Expected the new tool would be more precise, it seems it gives you somewhat more building pleasure, and use of creativity. Nice solutions to these inconveniences. Well done, Greg. A pitty Tamiya didn't make a conversion for the Musashi on the new Yamato. There is quite a lot of differences when you look at both models ...
  7. The third picture has to much reflection from the background, which blurs the contours, the second has that slightly, you can see it around the rail (top centre), so for me, disregarding the colour, it would be the first.
  8. Bob, you're a midget Do you always stand when using power tools. I for instance sit when I use a dremel, so I can fixate my arm/wrist/hand on the workbench
  9. Another marvelous build Igor. You are a very accomplished SOB builder
  10. Good to see you at your miniatures again, Igor. That certainly is a near perfect fit you have with the water
  11. Per, Here they have but one measure 160 cm x 80 cm => 5' 4" x 2' 8" for the Ikea desk, but I saw some larger ones 6' wide at the same price, or slightly more expensive
  12. Seems I'm not far off the optimal, where did you get that information, Per
  13. Depends on what I'm doing, and if I'm sitting or standing (my length: ~6' 5.5" Chisel and wood: standing, bench hight 3' 4" Airbrush: standing, tableau hight 4' Cutting, plastic parts/wood: sitting, bench/table 2' 8" Working on a model: sitting, between 3' 4" and lower, depending on the height of the model
  14. Frank, Very impressive, it's more like a tutorial, I cannot get enough when people like you show the way they tackle challenges, or just make parts. I have a question though: Any reason why you didn't use wood?
  15. Pfffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff ....................... back to our daily routine .................................
  16. Ever seen an entirely unblemished baby bum ... That won't be a biggy ... <- the dimples
