Thank you so much Bruce. Yes, the knee problem is really disgusting. It stole almost 1.5 months of my life from me. :(

Thank you so much for the likes.
I started rigging of the bowsprit. The traveller which I made from scratch was put on the bowsprit and the rope connections were made according to the drawing in the Alert Book.

Hi Mustafa

I have just reeled back through your log having had a look at a while ago. Truly spectacular work in all regards and a great reference for those (like me) who will be taking on the 1/64 kit VM version of Alert.

 

Your model is a brilliant rendition of this very fine wee ship!

Hello Mustafa, I just read through this build log and I have to say the detail is amazing.  A beautiful ship indeed.  I can't wait to see the finished product.

Hello friends. After about 1200 working hours in 13 months, I completed the Alert. Many thanks to everyone who followed, contributed, commented, advised and criticised. My next project will be USS Constitution scratch build. See you soon!! Enjoy Watching.
