Dindsy Posted January 30, 2024 #1 Posted January 30, 2024 Hi All, I've always wanted to build a "tall ship". I've modeled plastic planes, Train scenery but never done anything in wood. So, taking advice from this forum I'm going to start small and see what's involved before forking out $1200+. I'm going to start with a cross section San Francisco Galleon. I think it has enough of all the elements involved for starters then try something that requires more Hull planking, bending and so on.
