  1. Just ran across your Launch Ken and you're off to a great start. Cheers
  2. Been going over your build Nigel and you're doing a marvelous job on her. I wish you luck with your move and look forward to you getting started back up. Cheers
  3. I know what you mean Matt! I think this breeding mutant ninja squirrels has turned into a nation-wide conspiracy, because I spotted this one in my back yard this morning. Next thing we know, they'll be breeding with the ninja turtles forming mutant ninja squirtles!
  4. Always been curious about the Billings version of the Connie. I expect to start my MS version, sometime late this fall. I'll be following along with interest. Cheers
  5. The galleries' windows and ladder turned out real good Tom! Nice work! Cheers
  6. That's some nice clean work Markku! As I've come to expect from watching your work. Cheers
  7. That drift-wood's going to make an awesome stand Matt! It'll be cool to see her mounted. Cheers
  8. The sacks and bread look very real there captain!! Then after the barrels and placement, you're almost finished? I'll almost be sad to see this build end, and the stewardesses--I mean, the trays, returned to their original upright position. Cheers
  9. Looks like a great intro for the first-time scratch-builder! Nice!
  10. Wow Dennis! She looks marvelous. All that and baked a cake in between! Talk about multi-tasking! Very nice idea with the scotch tape to prevent rub-off. I'll have to deposit that one in my memory-banks also. Cheers
  11. Pretty realistic Steve! My car sometimes resembles that same look, depending which tree I park under.
  12. Now there's some wonderful looking flour-sacks there Captain! Good to see the list be nearly complete! But no pictures of the bird turd touch-up? Cheers
  13. It fun sometimes, but the learning curve can be intense, depending on the package you pick to learn from. I found Autodesk and the other expensive ones to be more difficult than the Open-Source Blender. Once I'm able to properly read ships plans and do a scratch build, Blender would be as handy to have as CAD. They are not ships, but I have pics of some of my work if you're interested.
  14. Pretty cool Chuck! Is that you doing that on a 3D program? If so, it's nice work. I was using Blender with Marmoset 1.8 for adding textures and setting up presentations. Great little program for that.
  15. I just love those details Danny. You are an artist, and one can only hope to be as good.
  16. Nice job with your touch-up work Nenad! She's coming along nicely! Cheers
  17. Well, not to sound like a parrot or something, but the interior is a nice view, and I too, like Michael, wonder if some of the cabin's details will be left open for viewing.
  18. Assuming Vallejo paints, from their site, are shipped from the UK, are there any restrictions or extra fees involved when shipping across the pond? Or are there US distributors?
  19. Looks great Dennis! Your engineering skills never cease to amaze!
  20. No worries Dennis! I'm like a bad tick. Pretty hard to ignore, or get rid of.
  21. Glad to see you're back on the launch Matt. Probably should leave a couple of guys back from ST 1 to stand guard over the Ranger. Those evil Beavers are just waiting for an opportunity to strike!
